1. Who we are
WenAn Zhushou (wenanzhushou.com) is operated by 北京无忧客数字科技有限公司 and provides B2B English content services from Beijing, China. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit the website or contact us.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the name, company, work email, website and project information you submit; page-view and referral data collected through Google Analytics; UTM and first-landing data; and a salted IP hash used for abuse prevention. We do not store the raw IP address in our enquiry database.
3. How we use it
We use the information to assess and respond to enquiries, plan a potential working relationship, prevent form abuse and understand how visitors find and use the website. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Storage and retention
Online enquiries are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database and are not automatically forwarded to a third-party CRM. Enquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months. Contract, transaction or legal records may be kept longer where required.
5. Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4), which may set cookies and collect usage statistics. You can restrict cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Browser-local tools
The Content Brief Evidence Workspace processes brief fields, claims, sources and review comments in your browser. This workspace data is not submitted to our servers. If you choose Save in browser, it is stored in localStorage on that device until you clear it or your browser data. CSV exports are created locally.
7. Security and international access
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Because we work across markets, authorised team members or service infrastructure may access data from more than one country.
8. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable contractual, financial or legal retention duties. You may also contact us with a privacy question.
